Anyone can plop 2 types of jam into a pan. Plus there is TONS of white sugar in them, which Isn't good with meat. A real chef/cook would use Real sugar from the Cane(sugar) from a health food store. It has Lots of B Viamins in it to digest the meat/veg.! Brown sugar has a bit of molasses in it but not much. If you make the glaze from scratch, with real oranges/apricots, then it would look a lot better and be tons Better for you! The sauce looked unappetizing.
I cannot play the video of the recipe for 'Curried Lamb' on my iPod Touch. I can play all your YouTube recipe videos but Not the one for 'Curried Lamb'. Please fix this. Thank you.
Absolutely awesome. Thanks!
